What to expect

The brand marketing team’s mission is to transform SWTHZ mission into brand creative that can be deployed across various distribution channels – ultimately ensuring SWTHZ is viewed as the global category leader in its space and increasing the adoption of infrared sauna and cold plunge.

As the Director of Brand Marketing at SWTHZ you will be responsible for all things brand messaging & consistency, content marketing & asset creation, and organic social media, amongst other special projects. This role demands a dynamic and creative marketer who can drive innovation, maximize customer engagement, and propel the SWTHZ brand to new heights.

Reports to: CEO

Who is Right for This Role?

You have experience helping a CEO bring their vision to life through brand and content marketing. You are a proven brand, content and social media marketing executive that has tangible experience scaling a brand and their following online.

READ CAREFULLY: You are a player/coach with leadership skills that lean heavily towards high urgency, attention to detail, and extreme ownership. You understand that being part of an emerging brand means high accountability and doing what is necessary to succeed.

What success looks like short-term:

  • You accelerate SweatHouz follower count to 750+ users per day (currently ~ 200/day)
  • You create a structure so followers are responded to within minutes of posting
  • Assets released (static and video) perfectly represent the brand and its vision

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all major platforms.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, engaging with the community, responding to comments, and fostering a vibrant online community.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to different social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Utilize advanced social media analytics to measure performance, gain insights, and refine strategies to improve engagement and ROI
  • Collaborate and support relationships with major and local influencers
  • Collaborate with growth to enhance the digital journey, including but not limited to website, email, and social channels
  • Work with Growth to architect and implement customer retention programs that leverage personalized marketing, advanced CRM technologies, and innovative loyalty initiatives to significantly enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Oversee all creative project management processes, ensuring that every marketing asset—from digital campaigns to physical collateral—meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in high-level marketing roles, with a proven track record of leadership in social media marketing content marketing, customer engagement & retention, and creative project management. Demonstrated success in a director-level or higher position.
  • Experiences scaling Instagram and TikTok account followers and engagement
  • A proven system for content creation, approval and release
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset, able to inspire and manage teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in developing and executing breakthrough marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Leader, exceptional communicator, highly organized, with a deep passion for fitness and wellness.
