Sales Consultant - Scottsdale, AZ

(Hybrid - 3 days in the office)


$55,000 Base ($120k OTE) & Uncapped Commission


Stelvio Group have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our client in Scottsdale, AZ. The Sales Consultant will be a highly motivated, self-driven sales professional. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission potential, with their top performers earning over $110K Our client provides a comprehensive, industry-competitive benefits package starting on day one, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).


The individual will be responsible for generating new client acquisitions and obtaining future interest in high demand solutions via outbound, dialer-assisted call campaigning only. The Sales Consultant will be required to make a high volume of outbound cold calls to fuel new customer acquisition.


The Sales Consultant will have the following duties & responsibilities:


  • Create new business by selling to real estate agents.
  • Make a high volume of cold outbound calls via our clients call dialer platform to secure new business sales.
  • Establish active connections with real estate experts in order to thoroughly analyze prospects' demands and match them with items that support their business goals.
  • Effectively articulate our clients' value proposition to key decision makers by developing a comprehensive understanding of our clients' solutions, and demonstrate how these solutions provide a competitive advantage for real estate professionals.
  • Utilize standard scripts and objection handling techniques to convert leads and opportunities. Demonstrate a strong ability to ask insightful questions to thoroughly understand client needs.
  • Consistently achieve performance goals and milestones - including productivity (call and talk time) and compliance requirements.
  • Must be able to adhere and consistently follow standard operating procedures trainings, and protocols provided by leadership.
  • Keep abreast of competitive market and industry trends.
  • Provide a high level of sales service while maintaining call control and efficiency.
  • Must thrive working in a fast-paced environment where collaborative competition and performance is rewarded.


The Sales Consultant should have the following skills:


  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with effective time management prioritization.
  • Over 2 years of experience and demonstrated success in telesales, with a preference for cold calling.
  • Previous experience excelling in a fast paced and changing environment a must.
  • Online advertising sales background is a plus.
  • Excellent computer and internet skills, including the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Displays confidence on the phone and is unafraid to ask questions, offer suggestions, and provide solutions while anticipating customer needs.
  • Must have the ability to maintain a positive and ‘solution minded’ mindset when faced with challenges, obstacles, and objections from prospective customers.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals through new customer acquisition and outbound prospect follow up.
  • Proven success in consultative selling by presenting multiple solutions to align with prospect needs. Confident in discussing financials and engaging in Return on Investment conversations.
  • Ability to actively listen and use critical thinking in a variety of situations and to solve “real world” problems faced by our target audience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ideal candidates should be able to succinctly explain products, answer questions, provide solutions, and negotiate the best deal to maximize profitability.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience using Email, VOIP, Zoom, Google Hangouts etc.
  • Background in Real Estate is preferred but not required.
  • College Degree preferred but not required.
