We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be primarily responsible for inbound lead qualification. Our very successful inbound marketing channels result in a high volume of leads that we want to qualify in advance of Product demonstrations with our Account Executives (AE). The outcome we are looking for is our AEs having full calendars of high quality prospects.
The ideal candidate will ensure prompt communication with potential prospects, creating opportunities for Account Executives to take advantage of. The Sales Development Representative works primarily with the sales and marketing teams to create and maintain healthy pipelines driving sales across all lines of our product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients, primarily property investors and wholesalers to understand their needs and present solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Provide confirmation and follow up of inbound leads, including active pipeline management for Account Executives.
- Be knowledgeable and curious about the Investorlift platform and subsidiaries, able to answer questions on main features and our value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with targeted campaigns that drive leads to inbound sales.
- Track sales activities and client interactions within Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and lead follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to provide valuable insights for shaping sales strategies.
- Assist with executing lead generation strategies to expand market presence and increase brand awareness within all inbound sales channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or software solutions, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients at various organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company. Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach to address client needs effectively.
- Familiarity with acquisitions, dispositions, and wholesale processes of off market properties is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to work full-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate unconventional client meetings and engagements.
