We are looking for a strong recruiter with a history of blowing through their goals to help Tusk meet the demand of our clients amidst a national healthcare provider shortage. If you are one part customer service savant, one-part story-teller, and a through and through builder- then by all means, read on


Skills and Requirements

A recruiter at Tusk has the resourcefulness of an entrepreneur, with the experience and desire to build and network a roster of healthcare professionals. They thrive in a team environment with individual goals and rewards.


Skills Needed:

·        Recruiting: The right fit will be able to establish and grow their own roster of available candidates.

·        Sales: Capability to push deals to a successful close.

·        Communication: The ability to cold-call and effectively communicate is critical.

·        Strategic Thinker: Capacity to contribute to Tusk’s overall goals and strategy.



Job Requirements:

·        Proven success in sales and/or recruiting

·        Burning desire to provide a world-class experience to our stakeholders and internal team

·        Enthusiasm to achieve goals and the creativity to exceed them

·        Understanding that our job is to fill our clients’ short-staffed schedule is a solution to our country’s healthcare needs.

·        Ability to work in a team environment with humans and the necessary competitiveness and empathy to thrive.
