Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and report on avionics testing.
  • Perform tests or oversee Technicians.
  • Analyze Environmental/EMI data to identify issues.
  • Determine root causes of avionics test failures.
  • Mitigate test execution risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external labs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years in hardware development, integration, or testing.
  • 2+ years in electronics testing.
  • Understanding of analog and digital electronics.


Preferred:

  • Knowledge of RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461.
  • Familiarity with sensors (LVDTs, RTDs, thermocouples, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, Linux.
  • Experience with test networks and microcontrollers.
