Project Executive

Position Overview

The Project Executive will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the steel fabrication industry. This role requires a strong focus on project management, ensuring that all activities align with business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the steel fabrication industry.
  • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
