Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule service activities to meet customer needs and service level agreements.
- Monitor and manage the service department's performance, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control service department budgets and expenses.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive/trucking management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
