HRIS Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Work Location: On-Site (San Bernardino, CA)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The HRIS Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic insights through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS management, with specific experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
HRIS Implementation and Maintenance:
- Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across various modules
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for both platforms, collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across various modules
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for both platforms, collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
System Administration & Support:
- Serve as the primary administrator for SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian systems, managing user access, permissions, and security protocols
- Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users for both platforms, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency and maximize system utilization for SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian
Data Management & Reporting:
- Design and generate custom reports and dashboards for both SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian platforms to support HR analytics and decision-making processes
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement within HR functions for both systems
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of HR data for regulatory compliance and reporting purposes for both platforms
Process Optimization & Innovation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and optimize system workflows for SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian
- Recommend and implement best practices for leveraging HR technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for both platforms
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in HR technology, evaluating potential solutions to drive innovation for SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian
Vendor Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison with SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian vendors, managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
- Evaluate vendor performance for both platforms and provide recommendations for system enhancements or changes as needed
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- HRIS certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHRi, HRIP) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management or related roles
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian, including hands-on experience with configuration, implementation, and support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proven track record of project management, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience with other HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or ADP preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for HR reporting and analytics preferred
