Responsibilities:

Craft and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent that fits into the dynamic restaurant family.
Collaborate with restaurant managers to fine-tune job descriptions and ensure a dream team in every corner of our establishment.
Take the lead in conducting interviews, spotting shining stars among candidates, and orchestrating the hiring process.
Welcome new team members with open arms, guiding them through a seamless transition into the restaurant’s rhythm and culture.
Oversee company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
Lead the charge in organizing company celebrations to show employee appreciation.
Coordinate training sessions that empower the team with the skills and knowledge they need to shine, whether it’s mastering customer service or honing job-specific talents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3-5 years of HR management experience, especially in the restaurant or hospitality realm
Bonus points for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
Knowledgeable in employment laws and regulations
Masterful with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
