Responsibilities:

  • Utilize recruiting resources to identify qualified IT professionals interested in positions with our clients
  • This includes Internet sourcing, campus recruitment, networking, outreach and other sourcing technics
  • Responsible for meeting a weekly goal of qualified talent generated from sourcing activity and presenting qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialists/Sales Reps
  • Post available positions online internally and externally. job boards, social media
  • Maintain all documentation using our Applicant Talent System


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or similar field preferred
  • Previous experience in sourcing/recruitment a plus, however will train the right candidate
  • A competitive spirit and drive to build a long-term career in the Talent Acquisition or sales field
  • Solid attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
