This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the skilled nursing facility.

Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.

Interviews and Evaluations: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Tools and Technology: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
