The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our baby and kids apparel brand. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and wholesale operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand visibility.
  • Create and manage a marketing calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies.


Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee and manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.


Content Management:

  • Collaborate with the Content Creator to produce compelling content for social media, newsletters, and other channels.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging.
  • Manage the creation of visual content with the Graphic Designer to ensure it meets brand standards and is optimized for various platforms.


Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to in all marketing efforts.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant platforms to enhance brand presence.


Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches, sales events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure all activities are cost-effective and within budget.


Wholesale Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale partners to ensure consistent product availability and brand representation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and strategies tailored to wholesale clients.
  • Monitor wholesale performance, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to meet the needs of wholesale partners.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.


BENEFITS

  • This is a contractual hybrid position is based in Pinellas Park available on 1099.
  • Flexible working hours up to 40 hours per week
  • Pay Range: $20/hr - $28/hr
