The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our baby and kids apparel brand. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and wholesale operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand visibility.
- Create and manage a marketing calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee and manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
Content Management:
- Collaborate with the Content Creator to produce compelling content for social media, newsletters, and other channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging.
- Manage the creation of visual content with the Graphic Designer to ensure it meets brand standards and is optimized for various platforms.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to in all marketing efforts.
- Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant platforms to enhance brand presence.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches, sales events, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
Wholesale Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale partners to ensure consistent product availability and brand representation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and strategies tailored to wholesale clients.
- Monitor wholesale performance, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to meet the needs of wholesale partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
BENEFITS
- This is a contractual hybrid position is based in Pinellas Park available on 1099.
- Flexible working hours up to 40 hours per week
- Pay Range: $20/hr - $28/hr
