Seeking an accomplished Director to lead a team focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships

What You'll Do

This role will oversee and mentor the Account Managers (responsible for client relationships) and the Placement Coordinators (responsible for matching candidates to jobs and the client submission process).


• Manage all aspects of human resources, including hiring, training, performance improvement, and exit

• Identify personnel needs and work with Human Resources to recruit new staff

• Train new employees on all aspects of their position

• Utilize reports and dashboards to monitor employee performance against established processes, deadlines, and metrics

• Remediate staff falling short of expectations

• Accomplish department objectives through the creation and consistent application of MedPro policies and customer service practices

• Review customer surveys and take action to improve service

• Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions to leadership, and implement new practices

• Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve department objectives

• Monitor client and market trends to identify opportunities

• Maintain an environment of high team engagement, motivation and cooperation

• Fulfill other responsibilities as required


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in healthcare staffing

• 3-5 years of successful leadership within healthcare staffing

• Experience managing, motivating, and leading people

• Experience and success in sales, recruiting, and/or account management

Compensation

• 150K Base Salary + 50K Commission

• Weekly Pay
