General Description:

The Account Manager will work in close partnership with the President and Executive Management Team of PRS. The following are the expectations in fulfilling the role and responsibility of a PRS Account Manager. This position is remote but based in Southern California where are customer base is located. Background in Construction, Pest Control or Home Improvement Sales would be ideal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Be professional in appearance, dress, and conduct as you are a PRS representative

· Accurately completed Project Pipeline Submitted as Management Requests

· Responsible for Maintaining a 14 Day Calendar Appointment Calendar

· Accountable for File Management, File Submission & Paperwork Requests

· Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold calling, emails, direct mail, company sponsored trade shows, association events, and referrals

· Actively perform 3-4 networking activities per month

· Initiate sales process by contacting buyers and scheduling appointments, making presentations, and understanding account requirements

· Conduct physical visits to customer (potential Customer) locations. This includes pre-visit planning/meetings, opportunity identification and qualification, potential market verticals of client and more as necessary

· Following proper processes and procedures to execute Pre-Quote Estimates, Quotes, Proposals, and Contracts

· Closes sales by building rapport with potential account, explaining products and services, outlining capabilities and limitations

· All sales staff are required to notify customer and company of contact expectations

· Sales staff may be requested to manage collection’s for severely delinquent customers

Background in Construction, Pest Control or Home Improvement Sales would be ideal.

Working Conditions:

A typical work week is Monday through Friday eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days per week. Routine use of office equipment and applications includes computer, printer, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
