Job Description/General Duties:

Participates in the design, implementation and administration of various compensation programs.


Minimum Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration

-3+ years experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs.

-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

-Working knowledge of a computerized HRIS.
