Key Responsibilities- Compensation Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of internal and external market data to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitive pay practices.
- Job Evaluation and Salary Surveys: Perform job evaluations and match positions to external market-based compensation surveys to ensure fair and equitable pay.
- Market Research and Data Analysis: Gather data from external market-based compensation surveys, analyze data, and assess results and market trends to present findings.
- Compensation Planning and Administration: Assist in the facilitation of annual compensation planning process and administration of program.
- Compliance and Reporting: Assist in the collection and analysis of data for regular government filings, including AAP, EEO-1, VETs, and state pay data reporting.
- FLSA Classification and Compliance: Assess jobs and their respective duties to determine FLSA classification and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a compensation analyst position.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, excellent technical skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
- Knowledge: Foundational knowledge in compensation job architecture, expert knowledge on writing job descriptions, experience in compensation-related regression analysis, and ability to work with multiple Human Resources applications and systems.
- HCM Oracle Fusion Knowledge: Experience analyzing compensation data for global organizations.
