BeaconFire is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to enhance our team's effectiveness by fostering outstanding client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.


The Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client and vendor relationships, managing high-volume recruitment flows, and ensuring our service delivery aligns seamlessly with client needs. This role requires a keen understanding of technical roles and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers to ensure alignment and foster ongoing partnerships.
  • Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrate discretion and tact in managing emails, telephone calls, and other requests. Ensure that important information and urgent business matters are communicated to the appropriate parties promptly and effectively.
  • Develop a clear understanding of technical roles and responsibilities. Effectively communicate client requirements to the staffing team to ensure accurate candidate placement.
  • Work closely with management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain insights, generate referrals, and increase sales leads.
  • Perform various customer service-related activities to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of work experience. Experience in staffing or IT industries is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Positive, proactive approach and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively.


Location: East Windsor, NJ (onsite required)
