Ensure effective and speedy resolution of support incidents.
Performs customer analysis to identify products or solutions to benefit the customer's business, as well as ensure target gross margins are being delivered.
Triage of emergency/escalated customer inquiries when necessary.Work with Customer Service Coordinator & Service Delivery Teams as necessary to provide coordination and communication between Client and Cooperative SystemsProvide ideas/insights as to new processes & procedures that could benefit the company or customer.
Exhibit personal qualities of Cooperative Systems' core values (Personable, accountable, adaptable, dedicated to success)Meet (at a minimum) company Service Level Agreements.
Perform other duties as assigned RequirementsSkills & Qualifications:
Pleasant and outgoing personalityProfessional demeanorAbility to quickly analyze a situation and follow a systematic approach to problem resolution.
Ability to manage time and multiple tasks/priorities.
Education & Experience:
1-3 years in Customer Service, Business Development, or other relevant or related field preferably within the IT IndustryProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer service feedback.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
