B2B Paid Social Specialist

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute LinkedIn paid advertising strategies that align with our clients marketing objectives.
- Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns, including sponsored content, sponsored message, display ads and video ads as well as creation of lead gen forms.
- Build both brand awareness and demand generation focused campaigns to meet different objectives and targets in line with the campaign brief.
- Understand how to align assets with different channel tactics within the LinkedIn platform to build the most successful campaigns.
- Manage large scale budgets within the platform of $1M+ in market spend per quarter.
- Conduct audience research to identify and target the most relevant audience, demographics and interests.
- Understand audience strategy and audience capabilities e.g. building a remarketing audience strategy.
- Review ad creatives and ad copy to advise the creative teams on best performing ad creative.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing ad spend, bids, leads and conversion rates for maximum results.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to align LinkedIn ad strategies with broader plan initiatives.
- A/B test ad variations and campaigns to continually improve ad performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the client on the effectiveness and performance against goals of the ad campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn advertising trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience managing LinkedIn campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments, including media, client services and creative
- Ability to think both tactically and strategically
- Client communication and presentation skills
