Your Role:

As a Frontline Flight Operations Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our global operations, serving as the direct point of contact for clients and coordinating with our headquarters to ensure seamless, 24/7 operational support. This role is critical to delivering high-quality services to corporate, commercial, VIP, and government clients worldwide. You will manage client communications, handle flight requests, resolve operational challenges, and ensure that every flight is executed smoothly.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the go-to person for client flight requests and operational inquiries
  • Coordinate with our global operations team to manage flight planning, ground handling, and logistics
  • Provide real-time support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with speed and professionalism
  • Prepare cost estimates, manage flight documentation, and keep everything on track
  • Collaborate across time zones to ensure smooth handovers and seamless service delivery


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in flight operations, dispatch, or aviation customer service.
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations, flight permits, and ground handling processes is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 global operation and coordinating across time zones.
