About the Role

Culmen International is seeking an experienced Global Travel Operations Specialist to support a future Health and Human Services opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of travel operations for our staff worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the travel team to coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, focusing on efficient and cost-effective routes.
  • Manage relationships with travel vendors and companies, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure seamless transportation arrangements, including flights and seating, for all personnel.
  • Communicate transport requirements to the relevant teams, particularly when managing Unaccompanied Children (UCs) with special needs.
  • Maintain open communication channels and stay informed about potential travel delays or issues affecting staff.
  • Accurately manage travel costs and reimbursements.
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree or higher in business administration, social services, or a related field; or a High School Diploma with relevant work experience in travel coordination and booking travel.
  • A current and valid U.S. state/territory vehicle operator's license.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Experience managing or coordinating a travel logistics team for children living in a residential facility.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing travel manifests and ensuring accurate traveler tracking during scheduled trips.
  • Ability to work on-call 24/7/365.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • HSPD-12 PIV Credential Tier 1.
  • National Agency Check and Inquiries-NACI Clearance.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
