Job DescriptionAs an Air Traffic Control Specialist in the U.S. Army, you will be responsible for tracking aircraft movement and ensuring safe flight operations.
You will work closely with pilots and other air traffic control specialists to coordinate takeoffs, landings, and in-flight movements.
You will also be responsible for processing flight plan data and setting up tactical air traffic control facilities on the front lines.
This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, between the ages of 17 and 34, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
You must also meet the physical and mental demands of the job and pass a background check.
