Job Description: Our client is hiring a Program Coordinator to assist with their internship program. The role involves both in-office and remote work, starting with in-person training followed by a hybrid schedule. The position will support the application process, including reviewing applications, addressing applicant inquiries, and assisting in the selection process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with applicant inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Review and process a high volume of applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of paperwork.
  • Monitor and manage documentation, addressing any missing or incorrect information.
  • Participate in selection meetings as a notetaker and summarize discussions.
  • Support final stages of data entry and application processing.
  • Perform quality control checks on application data and documentation.
  • Support other administrative tasks and special projects as needed, including data compilation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or data entry roles.
  • Strong interest in education/non-profit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with databases and CRM systems is preferred.
