Job Description: Our client is hiring a Program Coordinator to assist with their internship program. The role involves both in-office and remote work, starting with in-person training followed by a hybrid schedule. The position will support the application process, including reviewing applications, addressing applicant inquiries, and assisting in the selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with applicant inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Review and process a high volume of applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of paperwork.
- Monitor and manage documentation, addressing any missing or incorrect information.
- Participate in selection meetings as a notetaker and summarize discussions.
- Support final stages of data entry and application processing.
- Perform quality control checks on application data and documentation.
- Support other administrative tasks and special projects as needed, including data compilation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or data entry roles.
- Strong interest in education/non-profit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with databases and CRM systems is preferred.
