Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and oversee a team responsible for the creation of multi-channel campaigns across email, social, web and paid media
  • Present innovative digital strategies to clients, potential partners and existing partners
  • Establish campaign specific goals by incorporating customer journeys and segmentation modeling as inputs
  • Export & analyze data utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc.
  • Aggregate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to highlight the impact of marketing’s influence on business objectives (email engagement data, paid search data, social data, web engagement and behavioral data)
  • Customize reporting to effectively showcase full-funnel marketing campaigns and unique business impact
  • Execute effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
  • Oversee marketing budgets and resources for all key traditional and digital media tactics


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of marketing and sales experience in fast-paced marketing agency environment, overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field of study
  • Confident building multi-channel campaign strategies across email, web, paid and social
  • MarTech & B2B experience - developing strategies to meet those unique business objectives
  • Experience working with clients to set full funnel KPIs and developing reports that match back to those benchmarks on an ongoing basis
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling various priorities
