NOTE: You "MUST HAVE" experience in multifamily, either working for a company or at an agency.


We are looking to hire A+ individuals who are self-starters. You must be professional, personable, motivated, reliable, and not scared to talk with clients about digital marketing.


As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of digital marketing accounts (Mainly Google Ads) for Resident360 clients, keeping a keen eye on the latest industry trends and tactics. You can expect to manage around 15-20 client accounts, consisting of around 60+ services mostly made up of Google Ad accounts, and the rest being a combination of Meta Ads, Geofencing, SEO, and similar. Note most of these additional services are paired with Google Ads on an account. This will involve conducting monthly strategy calls and optimizing accounts to achieve outstanding results.


We value fresh thinking and innovative ideas, and we'll look to you for your unique perspective on how to effectively engage and serve our multifamily clients. Upselling additional digital services to increase occupancy rates will be a key part of your role.


What You’ll Do:


  • Manage client accounts with scheduled strategy calls and follow-ups. Acting as a marketing consultant to assist client with marketing needs. You will be talking with clients daily.
  • Build digital ad accounts as needed. Mostly Google Ad accounts with a small mix of Meta Ads, LinkedIn ads, Geofencing, and other similar ad platforms. You will also be assisting with SEO campaigns on a limited scale.
  • Optimize ad accounts based on best practices and as needed.
  • Analyzing data, building reports, and proactively coming up with recommendations that enhance campaign performance.
  • Keep up to date with best practices, and trends on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other applicable platforms.
  • Be prepared to work on anything & and everything digital marketing related as needed.


Who You Are:


  • 3+ Years Experience in running Paid Ad Campaigns
  • Experience in digital marketing for multifamily properties or real estate
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Google Ads Search & Display certifications
  • Experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with NinjaCat is a plus
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus
