Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator for our agency team. This position calls for a collaborative, motivated, and detail-oriented individual eager to thrive in a dynamic and expanding environment. Key responsibilities encompass delivering excellence in paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and video, along with managing client communications to ensure successful outcomes both internally and externally. Success in this role requires a foundational understanding of at least one of these channels and a strong desire to learn across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently oversee tactical activation tasks across all digital marketing platforms, emphasizing affiliate marketing and search.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business and provide weekly reports focused on actionable insights.
  • Manage ad delivery and implement optimizations seamlessly across channels to achieve client objectives.
  • Lead specific external communications and cultivate relationships with select clients and vendors.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources to ensure client goals are met and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage responsibilities and establish clear expectations for optimal team performance.
  • Become a resource for digital marketing knowledge by staying informed on industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for client and company meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing paid media, particularly in Affiliate Marketing and Paid Search.
  • Familiarity with Impact is advantageous.
  • Understanding of performance media principles, including effective ROAS/CPA, lead generation, and marketing subscription-based programs.
  • Previous experience in client management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and web analytics platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for collaboration.
