Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate / Of Counsel at Ellwanger Henderson LLLP in Austin, TX. Responsibilities include management of litigation teams, legal research, case analysis, client counseling, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Spanish.


Qualifications

  • Strong litigation skills and experience in civil rights, employment discrimination, or personal injury law
  • Ability to manage teams of junior attorneys and paralegals
  • Excellent legal research and writing abilities
  • Client counseling and case analysis expertise
  • Effective oral advocacy and courtroom experience
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission
  • Spanish language capabilities is a plus
