Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a global luxury lifestyle brand, is hiring an Executive Assistant to support their company President in NYC. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting a President or CEO. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of luxury standards and trends, along with an exceptional eye for detail to ensure an impeccable experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate finesse, discretion, and the ability to create a refined and memorable atmosphere for executives and guests.
Job Duties Include:
- Navigating travel, hotels, dinners, and events within luxury settings for executives
- Heavy calendar of departmental vacation and travel schedules
- Manage travel arrangements for executives and create itineraries
- Manage and host events for executives
- Prepare accurate expense reports
- Liaise with team to properly inform calendar and project management
- Create detailed presentations for management and meetings
- Assist in the preparation for meetings and interviews including reserving conference rooms, ordering meals, etc.
- Admin duties as needed including organization of files
- Ad hoc duties and projects as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of previous administrative assistant supporting a C-level executive
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be discrete due to exposure of highly confidential client information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Must have excellent organizational & communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary: $55-58/hr depending on experience + overtime.
This role is in office 5 days with the ability to work remotely on days the President travels.
