Job Title: HR Professional - Benefits/Payroll
Location: Dallas, TX, San Jose(Onsite- 5 Days)
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Oversee and manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions for employee relations issues.
- Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
- Provide support during open enrollment and communicate benefits information to employees.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Stay current with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Update and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to implement development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably from Technology Background.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in benefits administration and payroll management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
