Job Title: HR Professional - Benefits/Payroll

Location: Dallas, TX, San Jose(Onsite- 5 Days)

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions for employee relations issues.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
  • Provide support during open enrollment and communicate benefits information to employees.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration.
  • Stay current with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Update and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to implement development programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably from Technology Background.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in benefits administration and payroll management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
