Lease Operator

Type : Full-time
Location: Somerset, Colorado.
(Must be residing within 60 miles of field office)
Salary Range: Maximum $115K (depending on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Yes, open to relocation
We are looking for Lease Operator for our Client in Somerset, Colorado.
Basic Requirements:
- The operator must have a clean driving record and possess a current MV license.
- Be able to pass a background check, along with drug and alcohol testing at pre-employment and randomly throughout tenure.
- Be prepared to sign an NDA for the company.
- Be in good physical condition.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Be able to work and drive safely in inclement weather and in heat as well.
- Intermediate computer literacy (i.e. Microsoft word, excel, etc.)
- Prompt and on time daily.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without supervision in the field.
Lease operators are required to perform all state and federal inspections required through our operating permits and state and federal governance. We provide operators with a tablet containing all electronic forms to encompass said inspections to keep everything in order and processed in a timely manner.
Lease operators are required to maintain leases in accordance with state and federal regulations, to include:
- Clean and free of trash and debris on pad sites, access roads, and rights-of-way.
- Maintain surface production equipment to original equipment manufacturer design specifications and minimize crash maintenance due to neglect.
- Verify data accuracy of MVS and other end devices on location that provide the well production information to our SCADA system daily.
- Work with fellow operators to maintain and pig gathering lines regularly and monitor chemical injection points.
- Service and maintain generator engines in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
- Assist contractors as needed with resources or communications assistance while they perform work on our leases.
- Assist in project management during development projects, such as drilling, completions, workovers, and other intervention needs.
- Perform annual Braden head and intermediate tests as required by regulatory agencies.
- Maintain snow removal from lease roads and pads.
- Assist in maintenance and monitoring of storm water structures throughout the field,
- Maintain company issued vehicle, tools, and other equipment provided, such as laptops, tablets, company cell phones, etc. In the best manner possible.
- Be flexible to changing work environments and needs, based on workloads.
Benefits: Medical and dental insurance, 401K and pension, 10 Paid holidays, and 3 weeks of paid vacation, accrued on a biweekly basis, with eligibility to use after 6 months of service.
