Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Marketing Database & Project Manager and help elevate the Marketing and milesCARE Department. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, embrace learning about our business and department goals, and how you can directly affect them. You will partner with the Marketing Manager and milesCARE Sales Manager to help with the execution and mechanical functions of the role and provide a strategic thought partnership to each of the teams to help grow the business and achieve KPIs.


Your main responsibility will be to oversee milesCARE marketing campaigns, drive product launches, and explore service and selling opportunities. You will partner with the milesCARE Sales Manager to enhancing product, consumable, and accessory awareness while driving overall revenue. You are someone with the ability to swiftly adapt to new software and systems while ensuring precise usage and reporting. You will be a self-starter who is a confident communicator and eager to learn. You can work both independently and collaboratively cross-functionally to ensure business objectives are met.


What you can expect in the Marketing Database Manager role at Milestone:

  • Manage milesCARE from start to finish; strategy, budgeting, execution, and reporting
  • Strategize, develop, and manage all educational campaigns for current customer communications
  • Collaborate with internal and International team members
  • Track and analyze the performance of all campaigns/activities
  • Utilize reporting in Pardot and Salesforce
  • Create presentation materials (PowerPoint and Word)
  • Project manage and facilitate all cross-functional campaigns with project stakeholders to ensure successful execution


  • Own Database Management processes
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders in the development and implementation of key demand creation, automated nurturing, lead scoring, and lead management initiative
  • Be a subject matter expert within Salesforce & Pardot to maintain a clean database,
  • Handing lead/contact management, create and execute email communications, and monitor/report on both client and prospect lead & campaign results
  • Lead and execute data mining efforts to continue organic prospect growth


  • Responsible for building automations in Pardot (Account Engagement)
  • Manage segmentation lists
  • Create database campaigns
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication styles to suit various audiences
  • Collaborate with the internal milesCARE team to create internal and external content that aligns with company goals and messaging


  • Partner with Marketing Manager on all-things-marketing strategy, budgeting & reporting
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches, with a focus on increasing product awareness and revenue generation
  • Help with the creation of presentation materials, review content, images, proofing, and approvals as needed
  • Take ownership of client email communications, ensuring timely and effective correspondence

Basic skills we prefer you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 5-7 years’ experience in a Marketing and/or Project Manager support role

• Experience with a web-based CRM (preferably Salesforce) and automated marketing platform

(preferably Pardot) or similar platforms are required

• Self-motivated and knows when to seek guidance

• Web development skills are a plus (preferably with WordPress experience)

• Computer savvy, expert level on all MS Office Products (especially Excel)
