Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for around 1600 employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Bonus Management: Handle the processing of quarterly and annual bonuses.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize UKG UltiPro software for payroll processing and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and company policies.
  • Garnishments and Taxes: Manage garnishments, payroll taxes, and other deductions accurately.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance payroll efficiency.
