Marketing Manager/Director: Shape Our Brand and Drive Growth

SCOPE OF POSITION:
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts single-handedly. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape our marketing department from the ground up. The position title will be either Marketing Manager or Marketing Director, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Key Aspects of the Role:
● Solo position with no direct reports, responsible for both strategy and execution
● High degree of autonomy, reporting directly to the CEO
● Close collaboration with operations and brokers
● Opportunity to grow with the company
Primary Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute all marketing strategies
● Prepare proposals, brochures, and presentations, translating data into well-designed visuals
● Create and drive social media strategy across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
● Update and maintain company website regularly
● Manage asset library and update with photography of client properties
● Conceptualize and implement creative marketing initiatives consistent with brand standards
● Provide quality control for mass e-mail broadcasts
● Assist with organizing and planning company events
● Conduct market research and analyze social media metrics
● Collaborate with the brokerage team to ensure consistent messaging
● Prepare detailed weekly reports for the CEO, demonstrating alignment with revenue goals
● Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing efforts, cutting non-performing activities
Ideal Candidate:

● Possesses exceptional graphic design skills for internal and external materials
● Can effectively manage time and priorities
● Proactively identifies and implements social media campaigns across all marketing channels
● Demonstrates strong proofreading and quality control skills
● Understands and speaks to clients from their perspective
● Displays aptitude in comprehending and visualizing complex documents (leases, financial statements)
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Advertising (or equivalent experience)
● 3-5 years' experience in Marketing/Graphic Design (Real Estate/Commercial Real Estate experience preferred)
● Strong communication skills and attention to detail
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Creative Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign
● Experience with web publishing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp)
● Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics
● Photography experience a bonus
