Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy for key technology products at Covetrus. This role will design and implement multichannel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product awareness, generating leads, and driving revenue growth while expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Value Proposition Development: Own the creation and refinement of value propositions for key technology products to effectively communicate benefits to our target audience.
  • Marketing Asset Creation: Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing assets, including written communications, brochures, print and digital advertising, promotional content, sales enablement materials, case studies, product videos, and more.
  • Customer Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication strategies to both existing and prospective customers, tailoring messages to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
  • Awareness Strategy: Co-develop and execute strategies for product awareness, including successful sales promotions, new product and feature launches, tradeshow coordination, and educational campaigns.
  • Marketing Calendar Management: Oversee the ongoing management of the technology product marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams across sales, training, customer experience, and product development to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Performance Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into program performance, offering insights to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Audience Segmentation: Recommend segmentation strategies and audience profiles for targeted campaigns to ensure relevant messaging.
  • Budget Management: Adhere to the marketing budget established by leadership, specifically related to technology portfolio initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Competencies: Insight-driven marketer with prior experience leading product launches, campaigns (healthcare or B2B preferable). Strategic, analytical thinker who also possesses strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in technology or a related industry. Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and tactics.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $107,500.00 - $199,600.00 per year, depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. Benefits include: paid time off, paid holidays, maternity leave, parental leave, military leave, other leaves of absence, health, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, life & disability benefits, identity theft protection, pet insurance, and certain positions may include eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.
