About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Premier Market Sales Strategy Manager/Director to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth in our high-performing market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance closing ratios and asset sales in Premier Market
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales teams on Premier Market sales best practices
  • Leverage industry insights, team-based selling techniques, and consultative selling to deliver differentiated sales experiences in Premier Market sales finals
  • Continuously improve the team's finalist meeting process, ensuring best practices are shared and leveraged across the sales organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mid/large-market defined contribution market-facing sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Professional certification required: Series 6/7, Series 63 (where applicable), and/or Series 65 license, as well as a life insurance license
