Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, communication support, and administrative assistance to the CEO. You will also be involved in office administration and organization to ensure smooth operations within the company.


Job Tasks:

  • Help unlock time and leverage for our CEO
  • Plan and coordinate Company events.
  • Support Sales & Marketing activities.
  • Work directly with the CEO on achieving goals and outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage critical projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Make a positive impact on the culture and teams. We’re a growing team


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Experience in office administration
  • Familiarity with basic administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the hair or beauty industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
