The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Hospital Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the hospital's operations and resources, ensuring alignment with the Corporation's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
The CEO serves as the official representative of the Corporation and the Governing Body in all relevant matters unless otherwise assigned by the Board.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Hospital Operations Management
- Provides strategic administrative oversight for the facility; collaborates with managers to optimize human, operational, and financial resources.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Training:
Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital leadership or equivalent roles within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate planning, development, management, board engagement, and multi-hospital operations.
- Experience in Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care settings is required, as applicable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and perspectives to the public, media, peers, donors, and colleagues.
- Proficient writing skills for correspondence and reports directed to the public, peers, and colleagues.
- Numerical proficiency to analyze statistical data, financial reports, and market assessments.
- Ability to comprehend concepts and translate them into actionable plans. Capable of formulating concepts for strategic planning.
- Capacity to maintain focus and concentration for extended periods.
