Budget and Resource Allocation:
- Manage the marketing analytics budget and allocate resources efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Probability and Statistics, Operations Research, Linear Programming, Computer Programming, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in data manipulation, data wrangling, and developing predictive data models.
- 7 years of experience working with large relational datasets and databases (SQL preferred).
- 5 years of experience in statistical programming (SAS, R, or Python) and professional experience in CRM, Database Marketing, Analytics, or Strategy Consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
- Experience with marketing technology stacks and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
