Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Probability and Statistics, Operations Research, Linear Programming, Computer Programming, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data manipulation, data wrangling, and developing predictive data models.
  • 7 years of experience working with large relational datasets and databases (SQL preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in statistical programming (SAS, R, or Python) and professional experience in CRM, Database Marketing, Analytics, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
