JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Marketing Manager will spearhead the marketing and brand development strategies for the Real Estate and Hospitality businesses of Total Environment, USA. He/She will help formulate marketing strategies that align with the core values of our brand; develop and execute end to end marketing campaigns ; conduct market research and provide actionable insights; manage lead generation activities; organize events; and perform other tasks as listed below. This job entails understanding our target market audience and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. The Marketing Manager will have access to a pool of graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, performance marketers, data analysts and other staff to assist with delivering impactful marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess high energy, be detail-oriented, have a strong bias for action, and a collaborative mindset.
