JOB TITLE: ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR


ABOUT THE POSITION 

We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic Account Supervisor to join our growing Boston agency. The ideal candidate must be a confident team player with strong strategic skills. They should also be a lover of advertising, details and collaboration. They need to thrive in an environment with limited resources and be creative in their approach to make things happen. Working across multiple accounts and reporting directly to a Partner, they would be the key day-to-day manager, and could also play a supporting role on new business pitches and project work as needed. They should be comfortable leading projects, overcoming Client challenges and making strategic recommendations on a day-to-day basis.

 

THIS IS A FULL-TIME HYBRID POSITION

Currently all Full Contact employees work in our Boston office three days a week- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday- and WFH Mondays and Fridays.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·     Day-to-day management of 2+ accounts

·      Working with internal teams to manage all Client deliverables from strategy to media delivery

·      Proactively nurture Client relationships on a daily basis

·      Manage partner relationships on accounts (media, PR, etc.) where applicable

·      Develop compelling, strategically-led creative briefs or kickoff materials

·      Train, develop and mentor team members: provide guidance, direction and training as needed (e.g., review status reports, strategies, traffic instructions, creative rotations, etc.)

·      Become a category expert – share information with internal team and Client as necessary

·      Work with team members to track competitive and industry activity on an ongoing basis

·      Draft scopes of work and fee estimates for both retained clients and project work as needed

·      Maintain production budgets

·      Keep client marketing assets named, filed, categorized and organized

  

REQUIREMENTS

·      5-7 years of Agency experience

·      Financial Services category experience is a plus

·      Integrated marketing experience spanning traditional and digital channels

·      Proven business and advertising acumen

·      Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external teams

·      Strong oral, written and presentation skills
