  • No travel outside of towers
  • Hours: 8am-5pm preferred


Reason for need: Windows 10 to 11 migration

Must Have Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience providing end to end desktop support to internal customers
  • Windows 10 & 11 experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience
  • Basic computer hardware experience


Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work independently with little management oversight
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers in field and office setting


Nice to have Skills:

  • Experience worth desktop support for remote employees
  • Experience troubleshooting and setting up iPhone devices
  • ServiceNow ticketing experience - BIG PLUS
  • A+ certification
  • Experience working in the field and supporting field laptops (currently using Panasonic cf33)


Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Will be working with internal clients on their refreshes and new deployments of Laptops, desktops, and possible monitors and docking stations
  • Swapping out end of life machines and Re-Imaging machines
  • Troubleshoot applications where needed
  • Computer refreshes - receive equipment , prep and deploy
  • Transfer data to and from devices
  • Work within ServiceNow to open and close tickets
  • Set up printers and troubleshoot printers when needed - mapping printers for new machines
