Compensation: You can expect total earnings ranging from $80,000 to $140,000, with sales commissions as high as 12% of revenue. We offer a combination of a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, designed to reward your success and hard work.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Business Development & Prospecting: Drive new commercial revenue by identifying and prospecting high-value construction clients who need JunkStart’s innovative waste removal services.
  • Crushing Sales Goals: With a clear target market and a strong value proposition, your job is to make connections, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Use your people skills to create lasting relationships with construction clients, ensuring their long-term success with our services.
  • Pipeline Management: Stay organized by keeping detailed records of all your client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in our CRM. Your pipeline is key to your success.
