In order to be successful in this role, knowledge of operations, finance, marketing, sales and HR will be critical in order to advise on decisions that have an impact on the overall department efficiency, and client success.

OBJECTIVES

  • Oversee the current client portfolio, ensuring the goals and objectives of each client are established and carried out through the effective management and operation of each relationship
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive client strategy aimed at expanding our client & partner network, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth
  • Preserve client retention rate and meet new targets, as identified through organizational annual planning
  • Lead a team of functional experts to deploy, track, and iterate the identified strategies
  • Oversee strategic decisions made by our team from a finance, marketing, sales, operational and HR standpoint to ensure clients have an intentional growth plan
  • Establish efficiency metrics to monitor client performance, regularly analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Establish and administer the department's budget
  • Ensure departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, technology efficiency, strategic vendor relationships, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision
  • Conduct recurring leadership development conversations, developing/coaching team members including bi weekly 1:1s, effectively utilizing incentive payout, and giving performance feedback.


COMPETENCIES

  • Understands business advisory and strategic planning for a large portfolio of client
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding client relationships
  • Strong levels of business and financial acumen in order to operationalize and scale a client-facing department
  • In-depth knowledge of HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to understand how the various functions impact one another and to provide strategic guidance
  • Expertise in sales strategy and client ecosystem management, with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • In depth knowledge of the inner workings of all reporting departments in order to identify areas for opportunity and quickly solve escalated client problems


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ year’s experience in a business management consulting role
  • 5+ year's of experience in growth and/or scaling strategy development
  • Advanced knowledge or understanding in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations functions and strategy



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
  • Travel required – 30%
