Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute a detailed product vision for the core technology offerings of our platform Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineering and user experience, to define and prioritize product features and improvements Remain informed about industry trends, market demands, and customer insights to uncover new opportunities and maintain our product offerings' competitiveness and innovation Establish the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business goals and customer requirements Build and lead a high-performing product management team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning Mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and fostering a positive workplace culture Define clear product specifications and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and timely delivery of new features and improvements Conduct regular product evaluations and analyze performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for enhancement Manage the product life cycle, from conception to launch, ensuring seamless integration of new features and improvements into the platform Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to gather customer feedback, understand market needs, and align product strategy with business objectives Engage with customers, prospects, and industry experts to gain insights, validate product direction, and collect feedback for product enhancements Work closely with the product leadership team to align the product roadmap with the overarching company vision and objectives

Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

12+ years of relevant product management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field Strong domain knowledge in scalable Enterprise Cloud infrastructure, application integration, and core technology products (i.e., user management, administration, authentication, authorization, etc.) in a B2B multi-tenant SaaS environment

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of direct people management experience, including leading directors and managers within a product organization MBA preferred Entrepreneurial experience managing multiple operational functions Proven track record of driving product strategy and successful product launches in a similar environment Self-motivated with a strong inclination towards action, results, and continuous improvement Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment Expertise in product development from inception to market

Travel and Working Conditions

Up to 35% travel required Reliable internet access for remote work

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range in the US: $191,000 - $325,000

Discretionary bonus typically awarded annually

Restricted Stock Units granted upon hire

401(k) matching and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in the US. Actual salary offers will consider a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
