Clutch is looking for a Digital Media Planner with agency experience for a client of ours.


We’re seeking a skilled Media Planner to join our growing team in Conshohocken. As a Media Planner, you’ll collaborate to develop and execute strategic media plans that effectively allocate budgets across various channels to achieve client marketing goals. This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and media landscapes to select optimal channels and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement cross-channel media strategies, leveraging data and insights to identify target audiences and select effective media channels.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage media buying, negotiate rates, and monitor campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI and alignment with client objectives.
  • Client Collaboration: Build strong client relationships by understanding their business goals, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor team members, foster a collaborative environment, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize media plans for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • 2-4 years of advertising experience, with a focus on media planning
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or agency industry is a plus

Desired Skills:

  • Leadership and project management abilities
  • Deep understanding of healthcare professional (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) media landscapes
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Familiarity with media management and finance platforms (Media Ocean - Prisma)

As a Media Planner, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by developing and executing impactful media strategies that deliver measurable results.
