Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
Work Location: Houston Texas
Work Mode: Onsite
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Petrochemical Petroleum Engineering or equivalent knowledge
Experience: 5-12 years of working experience
Good Understanding of Engineering Principles and familiarity with Manufacturing Processes like refinery petrochemical and chemical industries.
Working experience with Refinery Petrochemical
Effective interpersonal Communication skills - oral and written
Good English reading speaking and writing
Must have skills:
Manufacturing Plant operation process experience mainly Refinery Petrochemical or Chemicals units
Understanding of Plant Project life cycle Engineering Design detailed design etc.
Understanding of P ID PFD Asset Model Process Asset Hierarchy Equipment classification
Understanding of TME0062 standard
Demonstrate understanding in EPC and vendors deliverables ex Datasheet drawings etc.
Knowledge of application data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze process related data that leads to Root Cause
Understanding of Chemical Process calculations Combustion calculations
Hands on experience with basic Chemical Engineering and thermodynamic calculations
Ability to understand process simulators calculators
Good to have knowledge on Power BI
