Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Director of Marketing to elevate and redefine the Agent Nateur brand. This crucial role will involve shaping our marketing strategy, defining our brand’s voice, and ensuring our commitment to luxury and effortless beauty resonates with our discerning audience.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury and clean beauty markets, and be skilled at blending strategic thinking with data-driven insights to drive impactful results. They will also be responsible for executing strategies that align with the brand's vision and goals, ensuring that all initiatives are implemented effectively to achieve desired outcomes.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies that embody Agent Nateur’s luxurious essence and align with our business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide our strategic direction.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches by leveraging the full mix of channels to generate awareness, maximize conversion and drive sales. 

Brand Management:

  • Maintain the integrity of Agent Nateur’s brand image and messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee brand campaigns and initiatives to strengthen our brand  identity and connect with our audience.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the creation and rollout of impactful marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and exclusive events.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce captivating materials, from digital content to print assets.

Digital and Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and manage digital social media, SMS  and email campaigns.
  • Work with digital agencies on website updates and optimization 
  • Analyze digital performance to fine-tune strategies and meet key objectives.

Partnerships and Influencer Relations:

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, media, and brands to elevate visibility.
  • Oversee co-branded projects and stakeholder interactions.

Manage PR Agency 

  • Oversee PR agency to ensure they are aligned on campaign and brand goals 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development, sales, and external teams to ensure marketing strategies support business goals.
  • Coordinate with international teams to adapt global initiatives to local markets.

Customer Experience and Engagement:

  • Enhance customer engagement through tailored marketing, and loyalty programs. 
  • Track feedback and market trends to continuously refine our approach.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource use and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on expenditures and campaign performance.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Evaluate campaign results and market trends to offer actionable insights.
  • Provide regular updates on marketing activities and outcomes to senior management.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and drives success.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, focusing on luxury brands and the beauty industry.
  • Salary Range $120K - $130K
