Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams from scratch, along with extensive experience in the water industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, creating sales scripts, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring sales representatives.
  • Create sales scripts and training materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness in sales efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing a sales team, preferably in the water industry.
  • Strong knowledge of effective sales techniques and training strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and use data to drive decision making.
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in marketing products to customers and developing sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.


 Base Salary 70,000  Commission amount of your team: 2% earning potential of 100k in commissions
