Responsibilities


Product Marketing:

  • Assist in developing and implementing product marketing strategies to promote our products/services effectively.
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales support materials.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to refine product messaging and positioning.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities to drive awareness and sales.


Events Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and customer events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, signage, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and promotional strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve event objectives.


Database Growth:

  • Manage and expand the company’s contact database through effective data acquisition and segmentation strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze database trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.


General Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content creation, and sales to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing, events coordination, and database management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or within [specific industry/sector].
  • Familiarity with event management software and analytics platforms.
  • Certification in marketing, event management, or related disciplines is a plus.
