Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to promote our industry-leading mechanical breakdown warranty products to customers through an authorized seller network, as well as provide claims administration services to the medium and heavy-duty commercial truck industry.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our business across the United States, focusing your efforts within a 3-hour driving range from the Philadelphia, PA market.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed production goals by:
  • Visiting dealers in your territory to expand product distribution.
  • Tracking progress in the company CRM.
  • Researching, prospecting, networking, and cold calling dealerships.
  • Teaching and coaching dealers on products.
  • Planning and organizing daily/weekly events and travel.
  • Monitoring accounts and following up with dealers regularly for additional product sales, training, and problem-solving.
  • Participating in weekly department meetings.
  • Providing excellent customer service to your accounts.


Requirements:

  • Must live within a 3-hour range central to Philadelphia, PA.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Reliable transportation for work travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Outgoing, driven work ethic with a positive attitude.
  • Strong conversational skills and excellent follow-up abilities.
  • Comfortable with outside sales, visiting 5-7 customers at different locations per day.
  • Open to feedback, constructive criticism, and accountability to achieve production goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to overcome initial rejection.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Must have a clear driving record.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
  • Outside sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus.


Education:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2- or 4-year Degree preferred.
  • Sales training courses or company training is a plus
